2019 Registration

Welcome to Registration with McFarland Youth Football!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Please register your player for the grade they will be in for the Fall season - not the current grade-level they are in.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

 

Family Rate:

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will not pay over $350 total.  In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at the same time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the Family Rate.***


McFarland Youth Football Registration Due May 19

All student athletes that want to participate in McFarland Youth Football for the 2019 season.

Players must be registered by May 19, 2019. League Fees are $250 per student athlete or two players from the same family for $350. Included in the League Fee is a $75 Security Deposit that will be reimbursed at the end of the season if one parent works two time slots for the required volunteer hours. Volunteering will be posted to DIBS prior to the first game of the season. Sign-up is first come, first served.

We currently play in the Dane/Jefferson County Youth Football League. Communities are Cambridge, Columbus, Jefferson, Lake Mills, Lakeside Lutheran, Marshall, and Whitewater. Participants must be going into 6th, 7th or 8th Grade in the Fall.

New Parent/Player Informational Meeting:
The New Parent/Player meeting will be held on May 16th at Village Hall at 6:00pm.

Players are not required to be in attendance but the information could benefit them as well as each parent.

If a Parent/Player has been involved in the program previously, there is no need to attend the meeting however all are welcome to join!

Equipment hand-out will be Sunday, August 4th from 8:00am - 10:00am. The first day of practice will be Monday, August 5th at 4:30pm at Waubesa Intermediate School. Our first game will be August 24th and the last game will be October 12th. Schedules will be published once finalized after June 1st.
